Last year, we instituted the first official ‘celebration’ of #globalclassroom learning, the “Looking Forwards, Looking Back” webinars, in response to lessons learnt through the Flat Classroom Book Club.

This year, the webinars were delayed due to my attendance at the iEARN 2013 Conference in Qatar; but we’re trying to get ourselves organised in the name of a worthy cause – recognising the teachers, students, projects, and amazing stories that have defined Global Classroom 2012-13.

At this stage, the webinars will be held on the weekend of July 28/29, at two different times (to enable better global participation); and we’d like to invite YOU, our #globalclassroom colleagues around the world, to play a part.

Get Involved

  1. Share photos / videos / digital learning products to be shared in the community presentation
  2. Make your voice heard – Add slides to the presentation, and attend the webinar (of your choice) to talk about your experiences, learning, and achievements in Global Classroom 2012-13
  3. Come along to the webinars, and learn more about what we do, how we work, and how you might be able to get involved in Global Classroom 2013-14.

Get in Touch

If you’d like to contribute to the presentation slides – either using Google Docs OR the @HaikuDeck app, please email Michael at globalclassroomorganisers AT gmail.com ASAP, or tweet @mgraffin / @gcporganisers. (If you’re a member of our Google Group, you will have the full details in your inbox shortly).

Thank you
